Registration

Registration for IEEE SmartComp 2026 follows an all-inclusive model, providing access to the full conference program. Each registered participant will be entitled to:

    • Attendance at the main conference sessions
    • Participation in all workshops and co-located events
    • Access to coffee breaks and catering services
    • Admission to social events included in the conference program

Separate registrations for individual workshops are not available.
All attendees, including authors and non-authors, are required to register.

Given an accepted paper for any of the conference tracks (main, industry, workshop, poster/demo paper, or PhD forum), at least one of the authors listed on the paper must attend the conference in person and present the paper according to the schedule provided in advance.

Registration Categories

Participants may register under one of the following categories:

    • Full Registration (IEEE Member / Non-member)
    • Student Registration (IEEE Member / Non-member)

Discounted rates are available for IEEE members and students, subject to the conditions below. If you are not already an IEEE member, you may join here.

Author Registration Policy

In order for accepted contributions to be included in the conference program and proceedings, the following conditions apply:

    • Each accepted paper, whether in the main conference, workshops or affiliated events (except PhD Forum), requires a dedicated full registration
    • A full registration covers one paper
    • A full registration may also cover one additional contribution from satellite tracks (e.g., Demo, Posters, PhD Forum). It does not cover workshop papers.

For authors with multiple accepted papers:

    • Each additional paper (whether in the main conference or workshops) beyond the first must be registered separately
    • reduced additional paper fee is available when multiple papers are associated with the same registered author

Student registrations:

    • Student registrations cannot be used to cover regular papers (main conference or workshops)
    • They are only applicable to student-oriented tracks (e.g., PhD Forum), unless accompanied by a full registration

At least one author per accepted paper must be registered.
